JEWELLERY RE-ELECTROPLATING GUARANTEE

Each purchase comes with a Jewellery Re-electroplating Guarantee Card. This card guarantees the holder a free re-electroplating service ONCE a year for the product as per price label affixed herein subject to the condition that the deterioration is not caused by the use of abrasive materials, deliberate tampering, negligence or accident.
Re-electroplating services MORE THAN ONCE a year and other product services shall be charged accordingly. All products sent for services of any kind whether under guarantee or not must be attached with this card as proof of identity. Handling and insurance charges shall be as per stated on the Guarantee Card.
